Job Title: Social Media Manager
As a Social Media Manager with IRON Sharpens IRON Council, you will create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns. Your job responsibilities includes strategic planning; the creation of copy and video content; as well as the management of graphic design to drive followers, likes, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and evolve existing communication copy independently and in partnership with other colleagues
- Develop copy according to project brief requirements
- Translate complex legal information into clear, concise, and accessible language for diverse audiences
- Ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and that copy meets standards of creative excellence
- Quality check documents for agreement between in-text information and the source data, as well as for internal consistency
- Consultation for grammar/tone, editing, and writing for A/B testing
- Create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Strategic planning and executing effective digital marketing campaigns
- The creation of copy and video content as well as the management of graphic design to drive followers, likes, engagement, and conversions
- Perpetual research and training for current and relevant social media changes
- Conduct thorough research on laypeople and target audiences to inform and enhance copy development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information
Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
- 1-2 Years Digital Advertising Experience including Meta Ads, Google Ads Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
